Using the app

Alien Roommate is distributed as a paid, one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Buying the app grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play it on your own supported devices, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment issues are governed by the refund policies of whichever store you purchased through — we don't have the ability to process a refund ourselves, and we'll point you to the right place if you ask us.

What you won't find in the core game

The core game you purchase does not include ads, and nothing in it is locked behind a required subscription. There are no loot boxes and no purchasable premium currency. If that ever changes for some future optional content, we'll update this page and the FAQ before it does, not after.

Ownership

Alien Roommate, Alien Roommates, their characters (including Zee, Lumi, Glom, and Orby), artwork, and associated names are the property of [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Purchasing the app does not transfer any ownership of these to you — only the license to play described above.

No warranty

The app and this website are provided "as is." We work to keep both accurate and functional, but we don't guarantee that either will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described here.
